How do I change my password?
To change your password: 

1. Log in and go to ‘Settings’.
2. Under the ‘Password’ tab, enter your current password.
3. Enter and confirm your new password.
4. Click ‘Save’ to apply changes.
How do I update my language settings?
To update your language settings:

1. Click the globe icon 🌐 on the top-right corner of the page. 
2. Select your preferred language.
How do I track my progress?
You can track your learning progress on the My Learning page, where you can view your ongoing progress and completed decks.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can change your subscription. Simply go to the ‘Pricing plan’ page and change your subscription accordingly.
How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. On the Log in page, click ‘Forgot password?’.
2. Enter the email address linked to your Globify account. 
3. A ‘Reset Password’ link will be emailed to you.
4. Click the link, then set and confirm your new password.
5. Click ‘Confirm’ to save your new password.
How do I update my payment or billing information?
To update your payment or billing information: 

1. Log in and go to ‘Settings’. 
2. Select the ‘Payment’ section and click on ‘Manage Billing’. 
3. Use the edit option to update your payment or billing information. 
4. Confirm the changes by clicking ‘Save’.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in and go to ‘Settings.
2. Select ‘Managing billing’ and cancel your subscription through Stripe Inc.
3. Confirm the cancellation of your subscription.

What browsers are compatible with Globify?
Globify is compatible with all devices that support modern web browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
I have problems logging in

I can’t change my password

Can I move a flashcard from ‘Done’ back to ‘Review’?
To move a Flashcard from ‘Done’ to ‘Review’:

1. Go to the deck you want to update.
2. Select the checkbox beside the words you want to move.
3. Click on the ‘Move to…’ dropdown above the list of words.
4. Choose the Review level you want to move the selected words to.
Globify is slow or glitchy. What should I do?
Please check your Wi-fi connection and if your problem continues, please reach out to us through our Contact page.
Globify isn’t working on my phone. What should I do?
Please check if your browser app (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) is updated to the latest version available.
Can I use Globify offline?
No, Globify operates as an online platform and requires an internet connection for use.
I am not receiving review reminders from Globify. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder just in case. If the issue isn’t resolved, kindly reach out to us through our Contact page.
Why am I unable to access some decks?
With a free account, you are limited to the first deck of each course. For unlimited access to all decks on Globify, a subscription plan is required. You can view our pricing plan here.
My learning progress isn’t being saved
After studying Globify flashcards, your progress should be visible on your ‘My Learning’ page. If you’re having issues with this feature, please contact us through our Contact page.

Does Globify have a mobile app?
Globify is currently available only as a web application.
Is Globify accessible on all web browsers?
Yes, Globify is accessible on any of your preferred web browsers. However, we recommend using Google Chrome.
What payment methods does Globify accept?
Globify accepts the following payment methods:

Is there a student discount available?
Globify does not offer individual student discounts. However, educational institutions with 10 or more students can reach us through our Contact page for information about institution discounts.

What devices support access to Globify?
Globify can be accessed on multiple devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops, compatible with both iOS and Android.
Does Globify use cookies on its website?
Yes, Globify uses cookies to store essential user information.
What happens if my payment method fails or expires?
If your payment method fails or expires, you will receive a notification and we will attempt to process the payment again. During this time, your account will automatically revert to the free plan.

However, rest assured that your study progress will be saved. It will be accessible again once you update your subscription. 

To prevent any disruptions in the service, please update your payment details promptly in the ‘Manage Billing’ section through the ‘Settings’ page.
