If you believe that any content available on or through the Globify services infringes your copyright under United States law, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement (a "DMCA Notice") to our designated agent below. Please note that this procedure is intended to notify us of alleged infringements of U.S. copyrights only.

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your DMCA Notice should include the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, the URL of the content, the account name, and any relevant screenshots);
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Before you submit a DMCA Notice, please consider whether the use may be permitted under applicable law (for example, as a fair use under U.S. copyright law). Knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We encourage claimants to review our Community Guidelines and Content Review Disclaimer, as educational fair use may apply to certain content.

Globify has registered this DMCA Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration Number DMCA-1066120) in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2) and will keep the registration information reasonably up to date.
